The sleep coaching program is designed for a period of 3 weeks, which in my experience, is usually sufficient to address the necessary changes. However, it's important to note that every baby is unique and may require more or less time to adapt. My approach is based on respecting the individual needs of each baby or toddler, avoiding forcing them in the process. Therefore, my goal isn't necessarily to achieve all the proposed goals during the 3 weeks, but to provide you with the necessary tools to progress at your own pace. During this 3-week period, I'll be available to support you as you implement the agreed-upon plan, answer your questions, and make any necessary adjustments as your baby evolves. I'll also provide valuable information to tackle potential future difficulties, such as regressions or changes in the baby's environment. In case unexpected situations arise that hinder progress, we can pause and resume the process when it's more suitable.
During our discovery call, we'll discuss your children's sleep, their ages, and I'll present you with a personalized package called "Sweet Dream, Sibling Special" to include all your children.
For babies under 6 months old, my personalized workshop Sweet Beginnings Sleep Package offers comprehensive information about baby sleep, including tips, techniques, sleep safety, and the ideal sleep environment. From my experience, I consider that babies under 6 months aren't ready for sleep plan. Before reaching that age, they haven't yet developed the necessary circadian rhythms to sleep through the night and are in the process of learning to sleep independently.
